The third level of the “First Comprehensive School on Techniques and Tactics for University Internationalization and Ranking Enhancement” was held over three days, hosted by Imam Reza International University in Mashhad, with the participation of representatives from 30 universities across the country. The head of the university’s publications office attended these sessions as a representative.

At the third level of this school, workshops focused on various topics were conducted, including research support and university ranking enhancement, strategies for increasing citation rates of articles, indicators of collaboration and interaction within ranking systems, approaches to enhancing scientific cooperation in an international context, webometrics indicators in ranking systems, an examination of webometrics and increasing visibility, financial indicators in ranking systems, research and educational indicators in ranking systems, and monitoring and tracking graduates and their roles in ranking systems.
